OUR HISTORY

Crescent Point Energy was founded in 2001 and is based in Calgary, Alberta. Over the years, the company has grown significantly through numerous mergers and acquisitions, establishing itself as one of Canada’s largest producers of light and medium crude oil. It has a strong presence in central Alberta, as well as southwest and southeast Saskatchewan, where it has become Saskatchewan’s largest oil producer. Crescent Point’s strategic focus on long-term property development and increasing production has solidified its position as a key player in the Canadian oil industry.
