OUR HISTORY

Drywall Junkies is a global movement within the construction industry, founded in 2010 in Calgary, AB, by Kyle Catling. With 17 years of experience in the drywall trade, Kyle began his career in Windsor, Ontario, with the union (Local 494), before moving to Fort McMurray to work on projects in the industrial sector and housing developments in the oil sands. It was during this time, surrounded by tradesmen and women from all over the world, that Kyle decided to create Drywall Junkies and Steel Stud Addicts, a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences across the globe.
